The totem is behind the waterfall cave in Sin Village. Until you pay 41.3T Gold, fragments have nowhere to go. It opens at stage 0/10. Each stage consumes one legendary Commandment Fragment. The stat list covers Energy, Damage, Gold, Card Luck, Card Spins, Gacha Luck, Crit Damage, and Hero Equip slots. Stage 1 is reported to bump Energy and Damage. The header changing from 0/10 to 1/10 is the confirmation.
